Ross Chastain wins marathon NASCAR O’Reilly Charlotte race, marred by rain, fog, oil slick
The NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race ended under caution after Stage 2 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
It was a strange and bizarre race, hindered by rain and later fog. It took over six hours to run the first 90 laps, and the final half of the race never happened.
