Hyundai Motorsport suits up with Alpinestars for 2024 season

Alzenau, Germany, January 10, 2024
Hyundai Motorsport will be suited and booted in Alpinestars throughout its 2024 motorsport activities.
The working relationship between the two brands will officially begin at the first round of the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC) season, Rallye Monte-Carlo, on January 25-28.
Alpinestars is a world-leading manufacturer of professional racing products, high-performance apparel and technical footwear.
As an extremely well-established brand within rallying and other racing series, the company understands that the best design and research is achieved under extreme conditions – of which there is plenty to be found in the FIA WRC calendar.
One of the key factors in choosing Alpinestars as a supplier was the company’s approach to research and development across a plethora of motorsport series, which has led to the creation of the most advanced technical equipment for the world’s top racing teams and athletes.
Hyundai Motorsport has also been impressed by the company’s recent innovative and compelling marketing campaigns.

Hyundai Motorsport President and Team Principal Cyril Abiteboul said: “We are delighted to join forces with such a renowned brand as Alpinestars for the 2024 WRC season. In assessing our supplier options, we were drawn to how Alpinestars is pushing the limits on not only the technical side with its products, but also in its marketing and brand awareness strategy. It is an incredibly established company with a youthful and innovative approach that appeals to similar audiences that we want to bring in to the Hyundai Motorsport fold. We’re excited to work very closely with Alpinestars throughout the season.”

Alpinestars Communication Director Chris Hillard said: “Given Hyundai Motorsport’s consistency in fighting for wins, podiums and championships in WRC, their commitment to performance and teamwork represent shared values with Alpinestars. We look forward to a strong partnership with Hyundai Motorsport, and to protecting their drivers and co-drivers through the various conditions and challenges they will face during the 2024 season and beyond.”
